This area covers care and support of individuals with diabetes within various settings including hospitals, general practices, municipalities, civil society, and patient associations.

Diabetes Prevention

The focus is on settings such as municipalities, general practices, residential areas, schools, and civil society and the emphasis will be on conducting research-based knowledge within the area that underlines the value and limitations of user-involvement.

Diabetes Research

This area covers research within complications, diabetes care and diabetes prevention, and various research traditions will, therefore, be included such as biomedicine, epidemiology, health promotion, and education. 

Focus will be put on conducting research-based knowledge within the area that underlines the value and limitations of user-involvement.
