'Medicinkortet' - get an overview of medication and prescriptions - Medicinkortet-få overblik over medicin og recepter

You can have the 'Medicinkortet' app on your mobile phone or tablet (e.g., an iPad).

The Danish Health Authority has developed an app, 'Medicinkortet', enabling you to:

  • look up information about your current medications, registered in the    Shared Medication Record (Fælles Medicinkort - FMK)
  • view open prescriptions and medication you have received
  • order repeat prescriptions.

How to get the app, 'Medicinkortet'

The app is free of charge, and you get it from App Store or Google Play via your mobile phone, or where you generally get your apps. Type ”Medicinkortet” in the search field and click install.

Once the app is downloaded, you need to log in for the first time using MitID. Afterward, you should create a profile and select a four-digit access code to log in with in the future. And then you're ready to go.

Ordering repeat prescriptions

If you use 'Medicinkortet' for ordering repeat prescriptions, you should know that the order will only be forwarded to your GP.

If you need to order repeat prescriptions in connection with your diabetes, you still need to notify your SDCC diabetes doctor or nurse.
