Educational Concepts
The department has a particular focus on developing educational concepts. We are dedicated to creating especially digital concepts that provide a great user experience and can either replace or complement physical teaching. These concepts enable us to work within structured frameworks for our educational initiatives, allowing us to address various diabetes-related topics. We continuously evaluate and adapt our concepts to the context they are developed to, as this helps us understand how to deliver the best experience for our target audiences.
Digital Transformation
We are deeply engaged in transforming our activities into digital products through e-learning, videos, and interactive elements. Additionally, we work with AI and large language models to support our teaching, knowledge mapping, and knowledge dissemination. This includes the use of chatbots that simulate patient conversations, offering a new form of communication training for healthcare professionals. At the same time, we focus on optimizing the healthcare professionals' access to relevant summarized information quickly and accurately.
