Research and Innovation Office

​The research and innovation office (RIO) at Steno Diabetes Center Copenhagen (SDCC) delivers professional research administration, promotes cross-disciplinary collaboration, and further diversifies SDCC's external funding portfolio.

The function currently provides services to researchers at Steno.

Services

RIO is a cross-disciplinary function supporting both junior and senior researchers, clinician researchers, and management in services related to: 

  • Partnering and collaborating (in-house, national, and international)
  • Project portfolio management and metrics 
  • Impact and Knowledge Dissemination 
  • Pre-award support 
  • Business development 
  • Grants and contract management
  • Legal and Regulatory compliance
