Research Area
- My research area is women's health, with a particular focus on hormonal contraception.
- I primarily use register-based studies and survey research to investigate patterns, effects, and long-term consequences of hormonal contraceptive use.
Current Research
Use of hormonal contraception among women with migraine.
I investigate how their use differs from women without migraine, and whether current guidelines are being followed. In addition, I examine how hormonal contraception can be used to improve migraine, as well as the risk of thrombosis associated with the modern types of hormonal contraception available on the market today.
Safe Choice.
I work with the Safe Choice survey, which aims to investigate the side effects of hormonal contraception.
