1. READ-GEN - Diabetic Kidney Disease Genetics Project - Investigating genetic fingerprints of KDIGO guideline kidney biomarkers (Albuminuria and eGFR) for Precision Clinical Monitoring.
2. DIALECT- Diabetic Foot Complications Precision Medicine Project - EU Horizon funded Diabetes Lower-Extremity Complications European Research & Training Network. Using electronic patient registers to develop a Clinical Risk Prediction model (Risk Engine) for Diabetic Foot Complications.
3. MAP D-Foot - Mapping Molecular biomarkers of Diabetic Foot & Neuropathy Complications: A Multi-Omics project to identify risk markers and mechanisms in Diabetic Foot and Neuropathy complications. Also to derive a risk biomarker panel for Diabetic Foot ulcer diagnosis and healing in the clinic.
