I work in the field of health promotion, focusing on inequity in health. Through my PhD study I investigate girls’ participation in sports communities in socially vulnerable neighbourhoods.    

Current research

• ASPHALT (Activities and Street sports Promoting Healthy Active Living and Thriving youth)
  Aim: ASPHALT aims to reduce social inequality in health by promoting street sports activities in socially vulnerable neighbourhoods, with a particular focus on attracting and retaining girls in physical activity and sports communities.
