Cancelation of Appointments
If you cannot attend your appointment at Steno, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we do not wait in vain and can offer your scheduled time to someone else.
We recommend that you reconsider before canceling, as it may take a few months before we can offer you a new appointment. If the canceled visit includes appointments with multiple providers on the same day, the possibility of combining the appointments on the same day again will be reduced.

You can contact your healthcare provider at Steno via MinSP or write to us using Digital Post.
If your message contains sensitive personal information, such as your personal identification number, you must write to us through a secure connection. You can write securely to us using Digital Post via borger.dk

If you have health challenges with your diabetes, you can always call the Nursing Advice between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM on weekdays.
For urgent inquiries after normal opening hours, the main number is also used.
