Background and aim
The study aims to answer:
- Can a cardiac CT scan identify people with type 2 diabetes who have the highest and lowest risk of developing cardiovascular disease?
- Can we get better at balancing for preventive treatment so that we avoid over- and under-treatment?

Collaborators
The five regional Steno Diabetes Centres, cardiology and medical departments throughout the country and general practitioners.
